Challenge

  • Encourage the natural momentum of users by offering them a richer medium for collaboration and exchange than a forum.
  • Anticipate the professionalization of this target group of creators.
  • Valuing achievements and their authors
  • To offer a real support of help and mutual aid adapted to all levels of users but also to their objectives (creation, teaching, therapies for autistic children...).
  • Offer a version specifically adapted to the Japanese public, in addition to an international version in English.

My role was to work on a new concept of forum (Questions / answers) and on the project part, a collaborative space for developers.

The goal was to build a service adapted to all levels of user knowledge, from beginners to advanced developers.

The project was conducted in lean mode, regularly improving the service thanks to feedback from the community, and from advanced users internal to Aldebaran.
